Tom Mullins

Tom Mullins coached football for fifteen years and amassed 128 victories at both the college and high school levels of coaching. He is the founding pastor of Christ Fellowship Church, a non-denominational multi-site church established in 1984, now with more than 30,000 members in south Florida and online around the world.

Mullins travels internationally to speak on behalf of world-renowned organizations such as EQUIP, Cru which was formally known as Campus Crusade for Christ, and Athletes in Action. Mullins and his wife Donna are the founders of Place of Hope Children’s Home and Place of Hope International Children’s Homes. He also serves on boards for Place of Hope International and EQUIP.

Mullins received his undergraduate and master’s degrees from Georgetown College and his doctorate from Liberty University. Before starting Christ Fellowship, he played and coached high school and college football. He is also the master coach and author of The Leadership Game and The Confidence Factor both published by Thomas Nelson. One of Mullins’ great passions is to encourage our men and women serving in the armed services. This included trips to Fort Hood, Texas, and Fort Jackson, South Carolina, where he conducted leadership training conferences for the Chaplaincy.

Mullins and his wife have two children and one grandson, and live in Palm Beach County, Florida.
